Our borough hires an independent third party to provide complete inspection services and construction document reviews.
This means to ensure health, safety, and property value, we require the following.
- Building permits before construction.
- A final inspection by a code enforcement officer
- Occupancy permits for renters, lessees, or those moving into Millvale are obtained in advance.
